How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Who You Talk To

Complaintsmain Tree Service does not have crews. You talk to an independent tree removal provider in our network. That provider is a local business. It sets its own schedule, prices and methods.

The provider is the one who visits, quotes and does the work.

What Happens First, Next, Then

1. First: You send a request or request a callback. Share your address area, the tree type if you know it, and what is wrong. 2. Next: A provider contacts you. They ask a few questions and may ask for photos. 3. Then: You agree on a time for an estimate visit. The provider looks at the tree and the site, then gives you a written quote.

You can talk to more than one provider if you want to compare.

What to Ask a Provider

Keep this list near the phone. Write down each answer.

  • Are you licensed and insured where required? Can you show proof?
  • What exactly is included: cutting, hauling, wood and cleanup?
  • Is stump grinding part of the quote, or priced apart?
  • How will you protect the lawn, driveway and any buried lines?
  • What is your plan if the tree is near the house or wires?
  • Can you help document damage for an insurance claim?
  • When can you start? Do you offer emergency tree removal for storm damage?

Get the answers in writing. A clear quote lists the work, the cleanup and the total.

Document It First

Before the visit, take photos of the tree and any damage. Note the date. Keep every quote, text and email in one folder. This paper trail helps with comparing estimates and with any insurance conversation.

You Are in Control

You choose the provider. You can say no. You can ask for time to think, unless the tree is a safety risk. If a limb is on your roof or blocks your exit, tell the provider that right away.

Typical costs vary by tree size, access and risk. Never agree to work without a written quote.
