Complaintsmain Tree Service wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, first take it up with the provider. Keep a written record as you go.
Still, please let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Note that Complaintsmain Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@complaintsmain.property and include these items:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall it 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
